METROPOLITAN FRANCE (including Monaco)
Delivery in Mondial Relay point
- Delivery in 5 to 12 days after placing your order (rather random and to be avoided during the Christmas period)
- Free from 99€ in France. (See rates in next section)
- Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday in the Point Relais store of your choice. The parcel will be stored there for 7 days during which you will be able to pick up your parcel. After this period, your package will be returned to us ( Learn more about the duration of custody at the relay point ).
- Attention: In periods of health crisis, holidays, demonstrations, strikes or bad weather, it is preferable to choose a delivery in Chronopost or Colissimo which are much more secure and suffer fewer delays. In times of disruption, Mondial Relay is less well organized (packages get lost, many delays are noted) and if this is your case you should contact the Mondial Relay customer service by phone and open an investigation. Packages are almost always found but you may lose 1 to 2 weeks.
Delivery at home or in a post office:
Colissimo (fast)
- Delivery in 72 hours after placing your order excluding weekends and holidays (not guaranteed during Covid)
- Free delivery from 150€ of purchase. (See rates in next section)
- Delivery days: Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays
- Conditions of delivery of the parcel at home: the letter carrier does not call but rings at your home if the parcel does not fit in the mailbox. Only the travel yoga mats are packed in bubble envelopes and can therefore be delivered in mailboxes, the other mats are too bulky and are delivered rolled up in tube boxes. If you are not at home, the letter carrier will come back the next day and leave a notice inviting you to go to the nearest post office to pick up the package within 10 days.

Chronopost (express):
- Delivery in 48 hours after placing your order (not guaranteed during Covid but the safest way and with the least delays observed)
- Free delivery from 150€ of purchase. (See rates in next section)
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday (not Saturday). This means that orders placed on Monday are shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday before 6pm. Orders placed on Friday are shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday before 6pm.
- Conditions of delivery of the parcel: the deliveryman telephones you and deposits the parcel where you want without contact nor signature if sanitary crisis. If you are not at home, the deliveryman will come back the next day and will leave a notice inviting you to go to a postal outlet (post office or Chronopost office) nearest to your home to pick up the package within 10 days.
- Delays linked to Covid: Chronopost shipments from La Poste continue to work very well, very few delays are noted (max 24 hours), so you can receive your packages before 6pm, 48 hours after placing your order

- For Mondial Relay deliveries Please allow 15 days to receive your order during the holiday season.
- Chronopost does not deliver on Saturdays so if you place an order on Thursday, it is shipped on Friday and you receive it on Monday.

Order Confirmation
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, you will receive two emails:
- A Yogom order confirmation email (a few minutes after placing your order)
- A Yogom email from confirmation of shipment of your order with the invoice attached and the tracking number of your package in the email (the next day evening if you ordered during the week and Monday evening if you ordered between Friday and Sunday)
Didn’t you receive these emails? Check your junk mail, our email address client@yogom.fr may not have been recognized and accepted by your email system.

Track the shipment of my order
Several emails will be sent to you from Yogom: order confirmation and shipping confirmation with invoice.
Attention: Please make sure that our emails do not fall into your spam folder.
Where can I find the tracking number for my order?
- In an email:
Upon shipment of your order (the next day evening of your order excluding weekends and holidays), you will receive an email from Yogom confirming the shipment of your order with the tracking number of your package with the invoice of your order attached (you will receive the confirmation email on Tuesday evening if you ordered on Monday and on Monday evening if you ordered between Friday and Sunday).
- On your online space* :
You can also find your tracking number directly in the section “My Account” then “My Orders”: I log in
*If you did not create an account when you placed the order you will not be able to find the tracking number or the invoice in your online space (it is not retroactive).
When is my order shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Example: an order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, an order placed on Wednesday before 10am can be shipped the same day, if after 10am it will be shipped on Thursday morning.
An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is confirmed (a few minutes after) and then another one as soon as your order is shipped the next day with the tracking number and the invoice.
It is your responsibility to track the shipment of your package and to contact the carrier if you encounter any difficulty, problem or delay (Yogom is not responsible for the carrier’s late delivery). Yogom will gladly help you if the carriers do not answer your questions but generally we do not have more information than you do. We invite you to follow the shipment of your package from the day after shipment in order to detect as soon as possible if there is a problem related to a delay or loss of your package.
