Exchange or refund + return shipping costs paid by YOGOM
Why? Yogom wishes to ensure the most qualitative customer service possible, your satisfaction is our priority ! But we want to go further than just allowing you to return your ordered products free of charge: we want you to be so satisfied that this idea doesn’t even cross your mind, or rather that the only one that does cross it is the idea of coming back to equip yourself with us! This is why we have set up the Satisfaction Guarantee via personalized advice.
How to benefit from the guarantee?
Yogom advises you free of charge to find THE carpet that suits you.
Browse the buying guide : which carpet to choose then according to your needs and to confirm your choice, answer the questions in the buying guide via the form at the bottom of the page and receive a personalized answer within a few hours (24h max).
If you have benefited from a personalized YOGOM advice but the mat does not suit you, you have a period of 30 days after receipt of your order to make an exchange or a request for refund and the return costs are paid by Yogom.
In addition, as your your satisfaction is our priority, we offer you the price difference if you choose a more expensive product and we refund you the difference if you choose a less expensive product!
Just contact us at client@yogom.fr within 30 days of receiving your order, explaining why the carpet is not suitable for you. We will then send you by email your return slip to download.
Please note: this offer is only valid if you have taken advantage of the free personalized advice and have ordered the yoga mat recommended by Yogom. If you did not listen to Yogom’s valuable advice, it will be a Classic return (see below). Likewise, if it is a change of colors, it will be a Classic return.

Are you sure you want to turn the carpet over?
If you made a mistake in choosing your mat but you want to keep the mat you received, we offer you to keep it and to buy the mat that is more adapted to your profile with a 20% discount.
You don’t like the carpet, you want to exchange it or send it back and get your money back ?
You have a 30 days after receipt of your order after reception of your order to make an exchange or a request for refund. The return costs are at your expense.
Contact us by email at the following address client@yogom.fr or via the customer service form indicating the number of your order, the reason for the request for exchange or refund and the desired method of return shipment (Mondial Relay, Colissimo).

How to return the carpet?
- If you wish to send your order by Mondial Relay (the most economical): Go directly to the Mondial Relay website If you want to return a product, order your return form and indicate that you want the recipient to choose his pick-up point by indicating the contact email of Yogom : client@yogom.fr. You will receive an email from Mondial Relay once Yogom has chosen the Relay Point and you will be able to print the voucher and prepare the return package (see paragraph on the return conditions below).
- If you wish to return your order by Colissimo Go to the post office and send your order in its original packaging to the address below (you can look at the rates of the Post Office on line ):

The carpet is damaged because of transport or a manufacturing defect?
If you notice a defect on your product, you can make a exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs will be paid by Yogom.
Contact us at client@yogom.fr within 15 days of receiving your order explaining what type of defect your carpet has (with photos).
Depending on the situation, we will email you a return slip to download so that you can send the carpet back to us. Then we will send you another carpet or refund your order.
Do you want to keep the carpet?
If you wish to keep the mat because the defect does not prevent you from using the product, we will offer you compensation in the form of a partial refund depending on the type of defect. Do not hesitate to notify us in the email what you would like.

The products on sale are exchangeable within 15 days after receipt of your order. Products on sale are not refundable and the return shipping costs are at your expense .

Carpet Condition:
The product must be returned returned clean, unwashed, unstained, free of odor, dust and animal hair and with the accessories that came with the product (example: the straps offered with the mat must be returned, the small palo santo stick can stay with you :)). Re-roll the carpet in the same direction with the sheet of paper and the plastic protection (if this one was deteriorated during the opening it is not serious, do not put it around the carpet, but include it in the box because it contains the barcode that we use to identify the product when it is returned). If you don’t have it anymore, join the invoice (sent by email) to your package.
Packaging:
You can send the mat back in the same box you received it in if it is not too damaged, otherwise you can send it back in another box.
You must enclose with your package:
Please attach the purchase invoice sent by email or available in your online account or write by hand on a paper: your name, first name, order number, model ordered and reason for return so that our logistics team can identify the returned carpet.

Repayment period
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned products (in general the refund will be made on the day of receipt of your return).
Method of reimbursement
The refund will be made by the same means of payment used at the time of the order (Paypal, CB or transfer).
