Indeed it is the Youtube channel of Camille, a Hatha yoga teacher who, during the first confinement, offered free live yoga classes every day, which allowed thousands of people to practice yoga from a distance. Camille discovered yoga in 2016, when she was an event manager in Brussels. Tired of office life, she packs her bags to go on a trip and change air. It was there that she made the choice to go to India to train more deeply in yoga, which had become a real escape, and to become a teacher. When she returned to France, she first taught yoga to her family and friends, then throughout Paris, and finally to all of France (and more) when she launched the lives of yoga classes of the first confinement.
