Bolster Yoga Do It Yourself!

In order to limit the carbon footprintand related to the transport of Bolsters which are a heavy yoga accessory but above all very bulky, and therefore often quite Expensive, we had an idea: Sell only the cover to allow as many people as possible to equip themselves and have the privilege of having a Bolster!

  • We reduce the carbon footprint,
  • We reduce the price
  • And then we offer you to have fun and upcycle the clothes or linens that you no longer use to garnish the bolster cover!
  • And then if you ever change your mind and want to recover that old pajamas that you had slipped into the yoga bolster you can always do it!

How to fill your bolster?

  • Gather clothes you no longer wear, a blanket you never use, old cushions or pillows, grass clippings from your garden, or get buckwheat pods or spelt seeds! I’m sure you’ll find other ideas! You can even store your summer clothes for example!
  • Start filling the cover with fabrics or clothes “in bulk” ie not folded, the goal being that the filling takes up as much space as possible without weighing heavy. We try to create volume!
  • Close the bolster cover
  • Admire your work!
  • Lie on it!

  • Maintenance: machine washable at 30°C, no dryer, no ironing
  • Manufacturing: Bolster covers are made by local artisans from different communities in South India, in the textile city of Karur.
