She is also involved in 200Hrs yoga teacher trainings for the philosophy and history of yoga. Laura shares her passion for these topics through her social media, online programs and “Yoga Stories” podcast. Being first and foremost a student, Laura continues to train as a self-taught and through the online training courses of the Yogic Studies Center. The yoga classes she teaches are always guided by a theme that explores the classical texts of yoga philosophies, the stories of Hindu deities or the history of India. For her, yoga is a way of life that is practiced on and off the mat. Our carpet is a playground that allows us to observe what is happening inside. Learn more about Laura.
