The Performance Ecological Yoga Mat is ideal for intense sports practices such as Vinyasa or Iyengar yoga, fitness, gymnastics type muscle strengthening or gym hiit. This floor mat is also very Comfort thanks to its thickness and the density of natural rubber for the practice of pilates and meditation. Its thickness will provide good protection to the knees during exercises or postures of yoga resting on the knees or balance in pilates exercises. •Coating: Soft textile microfiber with a natural peach skin touch. (Little non-slip without sweating / Very non-slip with perspiration or humidification of the yoga mat before practice with water for example).
• Grip on the floor: its non-slip rubber texture offers perfect grip on the ground (the carpet does not stretch or peel off the ground) and slows down movement in contact with perspiration.
