20 gr of turmeric powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger
15 cl of water
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat.

Once the mixture is cold, put it in the refrigerator.
Preparation of the Golden Milk :
1 tsp turmeric paste
15 cl of vegetable milk (according to preference)
½ tsp. coconut oil
½ cup of honey (optional)
Mix the paste you just made with the vegetable milk and coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir constantly (the mixture should not boil).
Add honey if desired.
